Step 3: Share your preferences early

The more we know, the better your trip fits you. Let us know your preferred hotel comfort level, special interests, and anything you would love to see or skip. Our packages include 3-star hotels with upgrade options, so tell us if you'd like something more comfortable. Please share allergies, dietary needs or other special requests at least 7 days before you travel.

Step 4: Confirm your booking

Once you are happy with your itinerary, a down payment secures it. Your trip is confirmed within about 2 weeks after the down payment, and it can take longer during peak seasons, which is one more reason to book early. Early bookings also secure better hotel and flight options. After confirmation you get access to our Guest Portal with your full itinerary and helpful tips.

Step 5: Let us handle the logistics

We manage your Bhutan visa, Drukair flights and the logistics on the ground. Before you travel, you receive a visa email with your visa documents, Drukair e-tickets (if booked through us), your final itinerary, your hotel list and the contact details of your guide and driver. Your package covers visa fees, a licensed English-speaking local guide, a private driver and vehicle, meals (unless noted), daily bottled water, taxes, service charges and the Sustainable Development Fee. International airfare, hotels outside Bhutan, travel insurance, alcoholic drinks, tips and personal expenses are not included.

Step 6: Arrive and enjoy

When you land at Paro International Airport, your guide and driver will be waiting with a signboard.
